Hillsborough County’s Egypt Lake Recreation Center, 3126 Lambright St. in Tampa, will open registration for Recreational T-ball League March 14 – 31 from 12:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. The league is open to boys and girls ages 3 – 6, and games will take place Tuesdays in May. Coaches, players, team parents and volunteers are all needed.
The cost to participate in the league is $50 per child, and includes a T-shirt and trophy. Parent must provide mouthpiece and glove.
Important Dates
- Parent/Coach Meeting – Tuesday, April 5 at 6:30 p.m.
- Practices – Tuesday, April 12 and 19 from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- No practice – The week of spring break, April 25
- Games – Tuesday, May 3, 10, 17, 24 from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- Awards Banquet – Tuesday, May 31 at 6:30 p.m.
