Taco Bell is giving a free Fresco Taco. You can go to the Taco Bell web site to print a coupon that you can present for a free Fresco Taco. There is a limit of one coupon per person. Taco Bell does say that there are only giving 1 million Fresco Taco away. Fresco Tacos are part of Taco Bell’s “Drive-Thru” diet menu. These are lower in calories and fat than the tacos on the traditional menu. According to Taco Bell’s nutrition guide, the 78 gram regular Crunchy Taco has 170 calories and 10 grams of fat, while the 91 gram Crunchy Fresco Taco has 150 calories and 7 grams of fat.
