Ballet class is not just for your kids. On November 3, 20093 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. the Patel Conservatory will be having a free ballet class for adults. It is a try it before you buy it class. Taught by new Patel Conservatory ballet instructor Glynn Owens, the class will focus on beginning ballet.
The fee-based Ballet I class, for those in grades nine through adult, is offered Mondays from 7:30 to 9 p.m. and Ballet II, for the same age group, is held Fridays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Other adult dance classes at the Patel Conservatory include Flamenco, hip-hop, Latin Rhythms, modern and tap.
No experience is necessary to attend the free class. Pre-registration, by calling 813.222.6453, is appreciated.
