A local Tampa based real estate agency is offering free bus tour of foreclosed homes.
There is no cost to anyone going on the foreclosure bus tour as long as they are pre-approved with our lender or a lender of your choice. The reason we require this is because Bank-owned properties require a lender approval letter to be submitted with any and all offers. Don’t worry if you did not get a chance to get pre-approved we will have a mortgage consultant on site.
