July is National Hot Dog Month

There is a month for about everything, including the hot dog. National Hot Dog Month is not a new thing. In fact, this is the fiftieth anniversary of the National Hot Dog Month. The first National Hot Dog Month was celebrated back in 1957. More than 2.3 billion hot dogs will be consumed during July’s National Hot Dog Month, according to the National Hot Dog & Sausage Council. There will be a large amount of hotdogs eaten during this 4^th of July.
