Valentines Day is in two days and for those with a sweetie that they would like to remain sweet don’t forget to show your love. Words are nice, but a little bit of nonverbal expression is always great. Flowers and chocolate seem to be the fallback gifts when no others gifts come to mind. Although I do like flowers and chocolate, a little originality would not hurt. Expressing your love is what Valentine’s Day is all about. One way to do this is by personalizing the gift that is given and make the gift go along with the personality and likes of the person that the gift is being given to. Think back and try to remember what makes that person smile or laugh. Hopefully you will not have to think that far back to understand what brings joy to his or her heart. Choose something that will help your sweetie’s eyes sparkle. If you can not figure out a gift you can always go to the failsafe chocolate and flowers, but try to throw in some conversation time so you get to know your loved one.

The Dixie Chicks walked away with Grammy award after Grammy award. Those Texas Ladies really came back with a bang. They may not be Ready to Make Nice, but the Grammy Awards were nice to them. Their Grammy wins included Album of the year, record of the year, and song of the year.
This is a testimony to the fact that things might be down and but they do not stay that way forever.

Mailing in rebates are sometimes one of the most unnecessarily tedious things. Number 1:Keep a copy of all your rebate information. Every time I have purchased a computer, in 2001 and in 2006 ,I have used rebates. Each time the rebate department has sent back a letter saying that the information was incorrect.
The most recent time, I received a letter stating that I purchased the computer outside the promotional dates. After having a look at the information on my receipt and the rebate form, I saw that the rebate department had made a mistake. I called and they said I would have to resubmit the information with the letter they had sent me. I then asked the customer service representative if they could just look at the information I originally sent them. He told me that their policy was to destroy the information after processing the rebate and that I would have to resubmit my documents.
Well, I did resubmit, and they processed the rebate but I only received half of what I was supposed to receive. After contacting the rebate department another time, they did send the other half of my money.
Now, rebates can become tedious and that is why you should always make copies of all your information.

I am in the decluttering my house right now. Oprah had a show about it yesterday and that just propelled me into decluttering mode. She has had shows before about organizing and decluttering and I have said I would do it and I have done some and then went back to my old ways. Now I am really trying to make it all work and there are tons of stuff that are going into the garbage cans and donation piles.
There are things that I have not used in years that has just been taking up a ridiculous amount of space all over my house. I have about six different yellow and white pages. Why does anyone need sooo….. many phone books? Now with the internet there is almost no need for any phone book. But I am revved-up. Hopefully I can keep up the momentum and finish the task. It is actually starting to shape-up as some of the unneeded things ship-out.
