Tropical Storm Ida strengthened into a hurricane after leaving Central America, but now it has lost some power and became a tropical storm once again. Ida is forecasted to make landfall in Alabama Tuesday morning. Parts of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana are under a tropical storm warning.
